Throughout December, Bar 228 will serve fresh caviar from Kaviari through a series of tasting experiences that beautifully complement an evening of cocktails and champagne.

Whether it’s a sharing platter of Kaviari’s finest fish eggs or an individual tasting of the house’s premium En-K de Caviar alongside puffy blinis and silky crème fraîche, each bite unveils the complex flavours and textures of these smooth, firm pearls.

For a particularly memorable pairing, order sparkling champagne or a chilled martini, and a delicate caviar-topped blini will come carefully balanced on the glass.
